I really enjoyed my cut with Shannon at Bliss. Just moved to Spokane and Bliss was recommended by some co-workers. I was not disappointed. While pricey, the experience was wonderful. The staff is friendly and they are the best at what they do. My color not only looks great, but it stays vibrant...and my cut always looks perfect. My hair was thin and dull before, and now it has dimention and volume. I have never looked better.
